Our Value Proposition

Different customers have different needs and we have built a number of vehicles to allow the most flexibility in the delivery of our services. Our service options include our Team Priority Retained model, our Platinum Shared Risk model, our Gold Shared Risk model, our Silver Exclusive Contingency model and our Bronze Contingency model.

Team Priority Retained – As the title indicates, we take the team approach with this search. Using a Senior Search Consultant to anchor the team, they work with a Recruiter and a Researcher to locate those hard-to-find, passive candidates that are in the top echelon of their marketplace. For us to manage this process, you make a commitment to us for a 30% non refundable fee of the total compensation of the executive and agree to pay 1/3rd of the estimated fee as an initial retainer, another 1/3rd of the estimated fee is paid when we start sending you qualified candidates, and the remaining 1/3rd is paid upon the candidate acceptance.

Platinum Shared Risk – This offering is very unique. It is a Shared Risk platform but also offers you our 5 year replacement program as well as a team approach to our search. Under this plan, you will pay a $5000.00 investment up front to start the search (which is 100% applied to the placement fee). The fee for the search is 25% of the total annual compensation and is payable when the job offer is accepted. Gold Shared Risk – It is our basic Shared Risk platform with our standard 180 day guarantee. Under this plan, you will pay a $2000.00 investment up front to start the search (which is 100% applied to the placement fee). The fee for the search is 25% of the total annual compensation is payable when the job offer is accepted.

Silver Exclusive Contingency – This is our standard contingency search platform but is an exclusive search with us. Under this plan the investment you make is 27.5% of the total annual compensation of the candidate or employee payable when the job offer is accepted.

Bronze Contingency - This is our standard contingency search platform but is a non-exclusive. Under this plan, the investment you make is 30% of the total annual compensation of the candidate or employee payable when the job offer is accepted.
